  • Well why don't I clarify what I wanted. I would like to use my existing e mail address that I have had for many years not my new 02 one, I was assured by 02 that I would be able to use it. I thought perhaps it would route thro them somehow. I obviously dont know how it works otherwise I wouldnt be on here in the first place asking!
Thanks to everyone who has tried to help.

You misunderstand again. There are obviously many alternative e-mail providers that could be used but the OP obviously wanted to continue to use their Orange account at the moment, possibly just until they sort themselves out.

I understand perfectly well. You offered a short term solution, I offered a possible alternative for the long term. Both are equally valid.

  • Oh dear now I have another problem, I sent a test e mail, that was fine, I then shut down e mail and re started just to check that it would not lose its settings and now all the folders have gone, I have just an in box with nothing in it. I have the Folder List box ticked under View, any suggestions where everything has gone and how I can get it back?
