Hi guys. I ordered a phone line with BT on the 31st July for where I am moving to. It appears that there will be no connection charge but I am just wondering is it normally the case it takes over 2 weeks to arrange - my connection date is 17th August it looks like. Apparently the reason for the delay is due to the person who lived there before me did not cancel their account and this is the reason for the delay - shoddy if you ask me
