seeing as quite a few of you went to the NEC in Birmingham in November I'm hoping someone can help us
we bought a set of ( can't remember how many , possibly 5 ish ) paper templates from one of the stalls, I'm pretty sure they were £5 for the set, he was also selling cheap double sided tape
well now we've had time to play with them and a few months have passed, we can't remember what the cards are supposed to look like once you've made them up,
I'll post this one first and see if anyone can help us ??
anyone made one up so I can see what its supposed to look like ??0 -
Sunrise Sorry i cant help you. Rustyflange bought some template cards and for the life of us we couldnt work out how to make them up ... despite having them in our hands to fiddle with and try to get them to work.
Hopefully one of the other NEC12 will be able to helpfurrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:

February Card Swap is over on CP
I've opened up the February Card Swap over on the Crafty Place for you all to join in and the theme this month is HEARTS.
For all the new MSE'ers, leave your name and around the 14th I'll put all the names in the hat and pick your partner to exchange a card with. At the end of the month I'll pick a winner at random and send some nice stash.
Thanks Alison dragonllew and choccy for signing up for the swap. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -

Thank you ... I think I'm still trying to 'justify' the amount I spend on it but was my birthday money so at least it went on something I'll use loads (so I keep saying lol!)

Dawnteabag - how are you getting on with the cricut???
Hiya - I've had a busy day today as had to tify the craft room to make room for it on the desk. Then took "&son" to SWFC to watch the footie - we're season tickets holders - one of us more reluctant then the other)
But I'm now onto the task at hand - have just popped on to the computer as I've got a bit stuck with one of the features.
Because the lettering is for bunting I've had to experiment a bit to see which size font would work. Letters that are wide at the bottom like 'W' and 'M' mean that I'vm having to go for shorter letters than I really want but the font I'm using is soo beautiful. Even "son" cooed over it like a baby after we cut out our first big M. Makes me chuckle - 3 hours a go he was sat hollering until he was hoarse at the shower that passes for a football team there.
So I've tried a few options and they've kind of worked but not quite so need to get on the cricut forums.
Good work everyone - keep it up!0
