CT Fab bargain button box,:T love seeing buttons on cards and yet never done it myself! I have loads of buttons too, an old friend had a sewing factory and at the time I was doing a lot of dressmaking, so never had to buy cotton zips or buttons :money:

Gemm I love the transformation of the drawers, another brilliant bargain :T

Sal Sorry to hear of your problems. Sending you loads of virtual hugs (((((x)))))

Giggle another one with a fab bargain 10p for a Christmas Tree! brilliant :T love the invitations on your blog

Rainmac glad to hear your boys have been well enough to go to school, is your DH better too. Sorry cant coment on 24 as I have never heard of it :o Fantastic card/box on your blog,:T I'd love to make one for my Mum and put some m&s jewellery in it for Mothers Day.

The Wife Good to hear from you, I thought you had fallen off the top of Ironing Mountain:rotfl: Joking apart I'm sorry you haven't been well though, at least your DH gave it to you on the way home. It does sound as though your fall before Christmas was more serious than you thought and its going to take some time to fully recover, you must take extra care xx

Rusty I hope things are good at your house this week you could do with a break from poorlies and things going wrong. Has your machine come yet? and did you see the link I posted for Robo Craft freebies?

I've been a good girlie this morning and done all the housework:j Everywhere is now spick and span :D

    Hi all

Its been ages since i have done anything remotely crafty unless you can count making 4 70's costumes for a fancy dress party, anyway i want some help off you wonderfull ladies on here. Its my sil 40th birthday in June and i would like to make another scrapbook, seen as i have cupboards full of crafty bits that need using up. Anyway i would like to incorporate some rub on's or preferably those stickers which have a clear background so that they dont show up that have flourishes or sentiments, sayings on them and i wondered where would be the best place to buy them from.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Sally

rainmac - glad the boys are better.
the wife- glad you are on the mend - take it easy
flourgirl - no motivation for housework or ironing today (and I know I will regret it later!!) - please would you pop over to mine and do my housework;)
Rusty - are you ok for card stock - theirs are really nice quality

Got a bit of a daft question for you all - I have a Popcorn the Bear stamp (that I won from Debbie at Country Heart & Home - there are a few images on the unmounted rubber stamp set and I am wondering how to use it - doh!- do I just carefully ink the part that I need or do I cut the stamp?????

    Thanks ladies.

Thanks Rusty I have managed to do the Header thingie just got the signature one to do now lol. Ohhh its so frustrating waiting for things to arrive. I would make sure you have enough cards & envelopes if you are doing a Craftworks Cards order, what about sentiments, they are really nice from there.

Ali I hate ironing!! but I don't mind housework, DH is brilliant at bathrooms and windows and I do the rest. DS & DIL might want me to go and clean for them on a regular basis while they are at work!! DH can do the garden, they have 2 dogs 1 cat 1 rabbit and 3 chickens!!

If its just a sheet of stamps don't you just separate them into individual ones?

Rusty - I'm not sure when all the new paper collections will be available to buy - a lot of shop owners are in the US now choosing what new products they're going to stock - so it might be a while!

Minimacka - I'm making a mini book at the minute and have used quite a few rubons already - they don't seem to be in fashion at the minute but I've found them really handy - I was looking on ebay to buy a few more.

Rainmac - glad to hear that your boys are better!

Thewife - sorry to hear you've been unwell!!!

I have had a lovely morning - I went to visit my friend - she's an artist and does a lot work with mosaics and tiles - I'm making a door sign for my mum for her birthday with her house number on it and my friend is teaching me. So far I've stuck down the outside and stuck the numbers 1 and 8 on - just got to do the 6 next, then the background and then grout it all!!!!
