I am still new to these fancy pen things!

LOL me too but I saw people raving about souffles and others so when I saw someone in hong kong selling them for about 1/3 of the price delivered I got some

...still haven't used them... But I Am Sure They Will Come In ;)

That is really pretty!! How did you make it? did you just put a picture inside one of the clear ones? I am sure it aint that simple but looks really good, can you give any instructions please?

I am working on my challenge card right now too Gemm :) xx

To make the bauble I picked up one of the clear ones from HobbyCraft, measured the diameter and printed off a photograph to the right size so it would fit inside. I then cut around Emily in the photograph and adhered it to some fishing line (any clear thread will do) The outside of the bauble was decorated with some rub-ons and glittery alphas, a few embellishments attached with diamond gloss. Inside the bauble, I held one half in my hand and filled it with chopped up bits of ribbon, irridescent glitter and snowflakes. I then applied the diamond glaze around the edges of the bauble so that when I close it all together it will glue shut forever (scary!) Then.. the tricky part.. I placed the fishing wire across the bauble so that she appears to be standing in the snow and held it tight by pushing the second half of bauble on.

I hope those instructions are alright for you? let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Yeah the postage to UK is up there £6-99 I think but if that price doesn't go up much it's a great deal lol... but I don't think it will stay that low unfortunately hehe

Just watch you don't get stung for customs or import duty as well - think it's on items around the £18 mark - so if you bought 2 sets you might well get charges.
So could well be cheaper and quicker (ordered from seller that either flourgirl or the wife recommended yesterday arrived this afternoon) to get from here.

You didn' pick a duff challenge Gemma - I always leave things to the last minute :D.

It's on my list to do tomorrow I really want to do proper stitching with real thread but think I froze my brain with my credit card.

What can I use to make the holes rather than a pokey tool? (see being good and not spending anything)
