Has anyone received a glitterpot order recently?
Mine was shipped on Thursday, but no sign of it yet. It doesn't give a tracking number on the email, or say if it is royal mail or a courier...I really want the stuff!Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -

That's exactly what I thought when it turned up before Christmas. Apart from anything else I had never heard of it before. He has signed himself up to UK Scrappers and various other websites to get others tips for using the software:rotfl: . That's sad isn't it!
I don't have the time at the moment to get into learning the software for it which is why he is working out how it works. At some point though, he will get bored of it and my fear is that it will just sit in the box. As a friend said to me, I like touching, feeling and creating my cards by mixing and matching my papers and card and embellishments, and using my nesties in the cuttlebug.2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -
Hiya ladies - goodness there's so much to catch up on!!! Not totally caught up but I have finally managed to update my blog with the things I made in December!!! Phew it took me ages!! :T

Saucysecrets I too have got Fibro - was diagnosed with it in Feb last year so if you ever want or need to chat about it at all please feel free to pm me - its such an awful condition to have to deal with I'm still struggling myself really! Luckily I have managed to find a fab support group though who have been a godsend!!

Well ladies I am feeling very smug today - I finally figured out how to add the blog candy links and pics to my sidebar (I'm not very technical) so now I'll be entering loads more!!!
Tomsmum - thanks for following me - I'm now following you too!!!!
Rusty - gorgeous "basic" card! I love the paper and the sentiment looks really effective! Your robot card is great - I love the layout - what papers are they - I don't think I've seen them before.
SaucySecrets - could you use a hole punch on your notebook?????
Rainmac - that new blog is just perfect for paddingtondoo!!!!
Ct19720 - your "basic" card is stunning I love the embossing - this challenge has produced some gorgeous cards so far!!! Your OH's card is fab too - love the butterfly and his value card is very clever!!!
Rainmac - your bear card is so cute - I love how you've tied your ribbon on this card and on your others!! I love your owl too. Your basic grey card is so pretty - I love the colours and the flowers look lovely with the gem dots in the middle. Your "basics" cards are fab too - I knew you'd like those cosmo cricket papers!!
Butterfly2001 - hi and welcome to the thread!! Your card is very pretty - you are much better at tieing ribbons than I am - I can't believe its your first card!
Choccy - lovely card - your paper and sentiment look great together.
Myzdamena - I hope your day got better! Your son's card is fab - I'm sure he will love it.
Louby-Lou-Lou - your thank you card is lovely - the little teddy is so cute!!
Sunrise - your notelets and box are fabulous!!! I would cost it depending on how long it took you to make, and compare it to the price you'd normally charge for a card - I think £4 sounds perfect.
Popkins - your gardening hampers are brilliant!!! I'm sure the recipients were delighted to receive them. Your cards are gorgeous too - my favourite is your "hello kitty" one, I love your top gear hamper too - my OH would love that one!!!0 -
sunrise - love your box of notelets :T Never sell anything so wouldn't have a clue.
flourgirl - tried co-codomol once when I broke my arm..........knocked me sideways they did............ Never had them since.
This time I've got codeine phospate -may cause drowsiness and yes it does............just before soc.worker called for meeting I was feeling all 'swingy'.......still, it went off after a while thank goodness.
Do hope I'm ok tomorrow so I can pop down the craft/card shop and get some card or paper. I'm that fed up with trawling round sites and everything I want is out of stock :mad:I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

thanks Melissa!!
really kind!
One other thing I mean't to mention... a friend of mine is getting married later on this year - she's actually getting married abroad but is having a 'Wedding Party' when they get back, anyway a while ago she mentioned maybe I could make her invitations for the wedding party and at the time I was very enthusiastic and said 'ooooh I'd love to'... however I've just had an email from her and she wants 150!!! I don't think there is anyway I could possibly do 150 so am gonna have to say so!! I had palpitations and the like when I had to do 30 xmas cards for my mum remember!! although the difference is these would all be exactly the same I guess!!
anyway I digress I can't do them anyway cos my Fibro is really bad at the moment so its just not an option but I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies on here who make wedding stationery would be interested in the business at all? I'd feel happier if I could respond to her giving her details of an alternative rather than 'no I can't do them'!!! Let me know if you're interested at all...0 -
thanks for the replies
am going to go with £4 and see what she says
wish me luck0 -
Does anyone know how or which package I could use to make a round happy birthday sentiment. A bit like this but would only have 'Happy Birthday' once with the happy at the top and birthday at the bottom i a circle shape.
I've tried to do it using wordart and coral draw, but can't do what i want:mad:
Any ideas.
