Tomsmum I'm a follower too. Your Christmas cards are fab!! your mojo certainly didn't go rusty whilst it was in hiding
Mary it sounds like you are off to a flying start with your cardmaking. Well Done. I'm also really glad your foster children came to see you and bring gifts, how lovely for you to see them again especially when it was unexpected.0 -
hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and lots of lovely pressies! I had some fab things including a watch from my boys which has interchangeable ribbons for the strap. the ribbons looked lovely in the box and the best bit is that they are too long for my wrist so I have to cut them down and will have lots of lovely ribbons to use for my crafting :j
dragonllew thank you so much for my swap pressie - it is lovely. the papers are gorgeous and the stamp will be perfect for a few birthdays I have coming up. I don't have any proper craft scissors so they will be fab

Just popping in to say a belated merry christmas and aha[[y new year to all you lovely ladies'
Special thanks to Marg for a beautiful Christmas card and to Furrypig for my stunning pink stash swap parcel which arrived just in time for Christmas (although "&son" has bagsied alot of it)
We did manage to get down to Lond to see my sister (and father Christmas) in the campervan despite the snow (although there were another couple of inches snow whilst we were there and the water tank froze up). Poor sis is flying back tomorrow but should be home for the end of Feb.
Father Christmas was very kind to me and bought me lots of lovely scrapbooking goodies and some nesties. He brought and son more crafting stuff too so we're going to have a busy old year in 2010!
Better dash, I have to be up early tomorrow to go washing machine shopping before "&son" comes home from his dads0 -
Hello all, I have been a naughty rainmac  and bought 5 6x6 paper pads - BG Origins and 4 Cosmo Cricket ones, god they are gorgeous and can't wait for them to arrive
We are having a quiet couple of days (yesterday and today), off to see my nan tomorrow in Norwich - so long as we don't get loads of snow that is. My DS1 got his first wobbly tooth yesterday and it fell out this morning while he was eating his breakfast. I am so glad it came out of it's own accord, I was envisaging having to help coax it out _pale_ The Tooth Fairy will be paying him a visit tonight
Flourgirl, so sorry to hear about your dad, hope he is ok xxx
Marg, sorry too to hear about your nephew, Christmas in hospital can't be nice but it sounds like he has some belated family celebrations to look forward to xxx
Tomsmum, wow what beautiful cards :jSo glad your OH was home for Xmas xxx
Dawnteabag, glad you got to see your sister and FC!!! It must be so hard to see your sister go again but February isn't far away xxx
bunbun, sorry to mention the Glitter Pot sale but as you say, the stamp prices are really good, I bought 2 FF stamps
Rusty, I hope DD is still dummy free. My two got scooters for Xmas from my brother, we are going out in a little while to test them out. DS1 got a Transformers one and DS2 got a Ben 10 three wheel one.
Can anyone remember the name of the site that sells the Do Crafts mag and offers free p&p on everything? There's a new mag out but I'd rather not pay the postage
Take care everyone x
EDIT: forgot to say I got a text from Melissa, her PC is broken at the moment, she hopes to be back online soon x:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

Hi rainmac
I get mine from Cutting Edge Crafts with free p+p, already ordered mine. Hurry though, they've only got 8 left!
Where did you get your papers from? I need to stock up on non-Christmassy ones now.0 -

Yep, that's the place I've used before, thank you just ordered it!!!
I bought some Cosmo Cricket paper pads from The Secret Crafter (free p&p over £5) and some from Craftie Charlie, if it's your first order you can get 10% off by using the code WELCOME - think it still works xxx:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
I've used Secret Crafter before, found them from a post on here, and am well impressed. Craftie Charlie new to me so thanks for that - off to have a moochy.0
