my team leader at work is leaving to go on maternity leave on friday, have only just realised that I need to make her card tonight as I will only see her tomorrow (because of NEC Friday, yay yay yay!! )

So I am in desperate need of an idea for a "you're leaving for a while to have a baby" type card??? has anyone ever made anything similar? what on earth do you put on such a card? I cant do a baby boy/girl one as it's a surprise! help!!

That describes me to a T CG!! 'A gunna' I love it!!! I bought all my papers etc etc originally for making scrapbooks I have about 6 empty ones possibly more! I have not made or started a single page but I'm gunna!!!

I too have joined Jammy's blog thing hopefully she will give me a few promts that will get me going!

Also my card club lady is just starting scrapbooking and I think she might run a class where you all bring your own stash but can use her machine etc etc.

I make mum 2 be cards so you could do something like that it could be leaving to be a mum sorry not much help really am i

Oooh just a quickie I am trying to confirm how many of us there will be at the NEC is it 10 including me???

Thanks must dash have spent hours making bits and getting stuff sorted and the house is a pigsty even had to cancel coffee with a friend!

Thanks for your comments about DD - I shan't be telling her she's bad enough already having just discovered a hair brush - question of the week last week was how did you used to get boys to like you mummy? :eek: She's 9.
