Padster - What a pretty daughter you have - you made me laugh about DH ironing only sleeves & front of his shirt my DH wouldn't even do that, just put a jumper on - in nearly 34 years he's only ever tried to iron once! I reckon I went sadly wrong somewhere!

Craftygranny - good for you using your scooter, you are entitled to go anywhere you want - I used to wheel my Dad in the road 'cos it was less bumpy than the pavements - & saved me doing kerbs - he was a big bloke 17 stone! Alicia contribution in the post tomorrow.

Flourgirl - glad you had a good day - keep watching for the postie.

CGC - I posted your friendship card yesterday too.

I just went to ask my DF if he would buy me the stamps for xmas and he said NO!

He said they wouldnt last until christmas and i had to agree with him so he said ''happy anniversay'' so i gave him a funny look and he said '' i knew you'd forget, its our 2 year anniversary in a few days - so i'll buy them for you as an anniversary present''.

I didnt even have to flutter my eye lashes.

I knew there was a good reason as to why i'm marrying him.

Here's my freestyle card for the current challenge I hope to do more. The backing paper came from a stash swap, the image is PP on very pale green pearlescent card & sentiment from craftwork cards.

Can someone please pm me the address I've got to post them to please?
  • Craftygranny - I know I shouldn't, but lol at you driving into a wall! :o:p Your cards went in the post today.
Princesswoo - does DF have a single brother?
Marg - lovely card, the image is really pretty.
Padster - did you make the rabbit yourself? He's very cute. The keyrings are fabulous too.

Can I ask a silly question? What is a Kanban card?
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

JHB kanban is a company that make card, papers toppers, etc, if you have ever watched the craft shows on QVC you will have heard Dawn bibby drone on about them for hours on end

 Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"!

  • dragon - Don't think it was me who won in September  wasn't it choccy?

OH used to live on his own so had to do his own ironing and cleaning - sadly he seems to have forgotten about the cleaning lol! I can't really complain coz he does all the cooking when he's here :D and he doesn't notice new craft stuff unless he's here when the postie arrives :p.

I may have a problem at the weekend though coz we're going to rearrange the spare room and that's where most of it is stashed :rotfl:

I've never heard Dawn Bibby dorne on about Kanban - I always switch her off :rotfl: :rotfl:
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p
