furry - sounds like you had a good time! Wish there was things like that around here - there is a distinct shortage!!!

Lol re: going to the chinese & the chippy many many moons ago when me and a friend used to go to aerobics - we just used to lay on our mats (at the back) talking about what we were going to have for tea when we got in- the only thing that got any excercise were our jaws!!!

Ooh major quandry over the NEC - hubby keeps teasing saying well you can go on Saturday if you want - I was only joking over the prices - but its a 3 hr drive plus the prices to get in/park - frightened I miss out on goodies though- or should I forget it for this year - and spend the money I would have spent on diesel etc. online instead!!! Nearly a result either way....hmm, decisions decisions!!

I LOVE TO GO DIVING IN ALL THOSE YOU BAKE!!

    Happy Cake Day, Flourgirl!

 Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"!

  • Ha ha Someone mentioned cake and along comes the essex and all england cake diving champion rofl

Saveapenny and rainmac thank you so much for all the great ideas.

Thank you too for all the help and good wishes.

Hope you all have a fab time at the nec on friday.

Oh who wants a good laugh . I took my scooter up into town today for the first time. I crashed into the wall at yorkshire building society , then in whs smith i knocked over a display stand trying to reverse as some ****** woman wouldn't move even though i asked twice and my daughter asked her to move too. Her reply was you shouldn't bring the stupid thing in here . Don't know if she meant me or the scooter lol. Manager promised not to block the aisles with the displays in future . Went in primark for the first time ever my purse was crying it cost me 70 quid. It's fab in there they have a race track laid out on the floor .lol. All the assistants kept asking if i wanted anything passing too.

Fab verse the Wife - is there a tune to go with it or do I have to hum my own :p.

Ali - I can't go so worked out what I would have spent and shopped online - 25 promarkers, a set of nesties labels, some papers and some digital downloads and I think I'm about square :rotfl:.

My printer and I fell out earlier but think it turned out ok in the end - accident on my blog plus a warm rabbit :D. If you add 30 odd years plus a few grey hairs to the picture of DD you'll even know what I look like ;)

You soooo cheer me up craftygranny - I can just see this woman peering over all these Primark bags with more hanging off the handlebars making racing car noises - I really wish I could draw what I see in my head :rotfl:
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Flourgirl - so glad the bits arrived and you liked them :D.

Craftygranny - also really glad that the cards for Alicia arrived OK, and that Kaitlyn liked her present.

I only posted them both at 4pm yesterday 1st class so that is really impressive due to the recent postal strikes.:T

Furry sounds like you had a fab evening yesterday - wish we had somethink like that local to me.

JHB sorry to hear about the shop, but as others have said, something better will come along for you.

Saveapenny - so glad to hear that Harry's op went ok and all is well.

I've made another card tonight here for Ikki's Donate a card appeal, so flourgirl, can I enter it into the current challenge here please?

All this talk of the trip to the NEC on Friday, is really making me wish that I could make it to meet all of you. It would be fab to put faces to everyone of you. Will definitely try to make any other ones in the future.

My OH is going away for the weekend so I can spend all weekend crafting with no interruptions except for having to feed my 2 boys. But then maybe then are old enough at 10 and 6 to help themselves :rotfl::rotfl:
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

I am sooo looking forward to the NEC and I am with you Rainmac I won't be sleeping on Thursday night far too excited!! I also need to make sure I am up bright and early so I am organised for Popkins when she comes to collect me! How will we all recognise each other?? Instead of carrying a copy of the financial times do we need to carry Paperraft Inspirations mag??? Instead of a red rose in our button holes we could have a Rubber stamp made into a badge!! LOL!!

Made me laugh with your magazine and your rubber stamp buttonhole sounded like you were going on a dodgy date.

Your card class sounded fab. 4,000 stamps wow . I daren't count mine can i just say i have a healthy number .

I want a scor-pal to but i have only seen it in 1 place online, is there more than 1 place that stocks it?

I'm full of questions tonight but i'm not feeling to well and shopping always cheers me up, as i cant go blog hopping cos it keeps freezing on me and shutting IE down.

For all you stampers out there - i have been virtual shopping again and i have fallen in love with a range of stamps called ''the greeting farm''

There are 5 stamps i really really need but i can't get them all in the 1 place and i dont want to pay 2 lots of postage.

So i was wondering if you help me track down somewhere i can get all 5 in 1 order. As im new to this i dont know all the possible sites that stock them. Or you could just list sites that stock them and i'll do the stock checking myself.

    I would like
The greeting farm - cake topper,
The greeting farm - flutter anya,
    The greeting farm - snuggle,
The greeting farm - princess ava,
The greeting farm - flutter anya.

I have 2 of the 5 added to my basket at silly monkey crafts
and 4 of the 5 added to my basket at stampeezee.

Scrap that - i found a retailers list and i cant get them all in 1 order but i have discovered different sites stocking different stamps, typically i want them all so i shall have to put them on my xmas list.
