    Morning ladies

Well done all of you for some lovely creations!!! I wish I was as clever

I wondered if anyone has seen some reasonable priced poinsettia flowers anywhere, I need quite a few and the ones I've found on Ebay, only contain something like 10 in a packet approx.

I am looking for inspiration for a craft room ladies and wondering if any of you could help me.

Only hubby and me in a three bed house oh and lots of child minded children during the week. Biggest bedroom is ours, middle one is study and used to house my craft stuff but that went away as business stuff took over. The smallest bedroom was my 'meditation' room but has only been used as a dumping ground when tidying up. So I have decided that it is not being used for what I wanted so may as well make it into a craft room and keep all the craft stuff out.

So my request is do any of you have pics on your blogs/elsewhere of your craft areas so I can check them out and get some inspiration for mine.

This is a picture when it was tidy, before I started card making again...

I was trying to be MSE by buying something practical for our future kids (hopefully). If we have 2 then I won't have room for crafting so will the desk and bookshelf will serve as furniture for them. Got the lot from Ikea.

I keep all my paper/card in the magazine holders (the red and green one top left), I've divided them all up into colours and put them in A4 plastic sleeves so it's dead easy to see and pull out what I need.

I'm still looking for some drawers (for small things like embellishments) that will fit in the bookshelf.

I also need some practical way of organising my stickers and peel offs.

    Hope that helps.
  • I'm just flying in to ask if any of you can recommend a printer - mine has finally died and needs replacing. Thanks to anyone who can help :A. I'll be back later to catch up properly :D x

I had to order some of these - I always wondered what promarkers were. DS will love colouring in the pictures too. :D

My sizzix delivery turned up this morning full of dies, so i have had a litlte play with my 2 year old DD, but i wont be doing much more crafting today as i have just remembered I need to do my tax return as the deadline is saturday the 31st.

It's OK i have completed my tax return now, I always feel like its gonna take me months, when in reality its not to hard to do if your organised.

Talk about leaving it till the last minute but as im on maternity leave it hadn't even crossed my mind, so if you ladies catch me on here - tell me off cos i need to get it done before tommorrow morning and then sent it special delivery as there is a 3 day postal strike on too!

Thanks for all your comments on my blog about my sons work, when he gets in from school i shall show him what you have all put as i have printed of a copy for him to put in his achievements book.

Skier - mine has died too! there must be something in the water! my last one was a canon mp210 for £25 with a cashback offer - however now it seems there is a common fault on them (17 bad reviews on amazon detailing the same fault that mine has!) however the colours out of the canon are awesome so after much deliberation and a fair amount of money I'm going to order the canon mp630 im just waiting for a little dicky bird to get me a 5% amazon code :D:A hope that helps!

Hi ladies i have an hp deskjet which is very good and economical but when mine pack up i just tend to look for the cheapest as sometimes the printers are cheaper than the ink.

Slightly off topic but i am having a bit of a pre christmas panic and was hoping someone could point me in the direction of some paper type deorations and things i could make. Pretty please lovely ladies xxxxxxxxx

Glad you liked your goodies Rainmac. I have left comments on your blog :)

this is what the postie brought me this morning. Thank-you so much Dragonllew its just Purrfect ;)

Skiergirl I have an Epson Stylus DX8400 printer scanner and its brilliant, I have had it a couple of years now and find it perfect for printing craft stuff. It only takes seconds to stamp images scan them turn into PDFs and email them to my MSE buddies:) You can get compatable ink cartridges too very reasonable. I should think there will be an updated version now and probably cheaper than I paid.
