  • Had my physio appointment have been assessed as having shoulder impingement (sp?) syndrome - basically not enough room between my shoulder blade and my arm bone so the muscle gets nipped.

Have another appointment next Thursday to see how it's going :c). Am going to ask again about making the time up but as I'm part time I'm meant to make my appointments outside my work hours - I work 9 - 3 so how????

Am sat here with a penguin hot water bottle looking over my shoulder and I mustn't clean any windows - as if I need an excuse :rotfl: :rotfl:.

    Happy Birthday NPS

Hugs to all poorlies - am off to nit my small child without lifting my arms above my shoulders - feel free to laugh OH has been :p

Rusty - Gorgeous christmas cards on your blog. Do you know what the paper on the bottom one is please ?. Your bags look fab :T Hope your back is a little better today and you have a fab day with bunbun and her cropodile tomorrow. My back has been agony the last couple of days again

Hi sorry I managed to miss your post!! ... The papers were from Rainmac as part of my prize for one of the swaps, they will be either Dovecraft or DCVW as these were the 2 different sets of papers she sent me (well christmas ones anyway!) Sorry I can't help anymore, but maybe Rainmac might be able to help better?

Back is still very painful, I bought myself a pill organiser which I started using last week and it has helped me loads to remind me to take them. But I am still in a lot of pain plus the kids have been keeping me up through the night!! was DD night before last then DS had me up at 6am today :(

Hope you are seeing someone about your back?? even if just for some stronger painkillers!

Furry - They aren't finished yet, not seen any challenges around either! Mind you by the time I get them finished then there may be some kind of challenge to enter them into ;)

Rusty..........and Skiergirl -you tried aromatherapy massage for your back ? When I did my sciatic nerve two years ago it worked for me and saved me waiting ages for physio -painkillers just knocked me out.
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Has anyone had problems with the craftsuperstore code of PC22 for 15% off? Has it finished?

    Thanks.

I tried to use it last week, and couldn't get it to work, so I tried various combinations and nothing, until I did PC1 and I got 500 loyality points, to go with the 500 points if you ordered something before last Sunday night, plus 220 normal loyalty points for my spend, so I came away with 1220 loyalty points on just over £56 spend which I didn't think was too bad.

  • Hello everyone - I've had a tough day today. I had to take Elliot for his first injections, he had one in each of his legs and screamed the place down. He's finally asleep now but he's been quite grumpy all afternoon - I don't think he's forgiven me yet.

Rainmac - your challenge card is gorgeous - its definately not too busy - the papers look fantastic together! Lovely calendars and post-it-note holders - you must have quite a lot of stock ready now for your fair! I hope you all feel better soon! Did you get a takeaway in the end?

    Npsmama - happy birthday!!
