A big thank you to Gemma - my card blanks arrived this morning - don't know how you did them so neatly - may have a go myself eventually
you're very welcome, they were quite easy actually once I got the hang of all the measurements
let me know if you need any more as I'm an expert now :rotfl:0 -
We did a bit of stamping with free seethrough stamps the other day that we got from the front of magazines. I got quite upset as the silly fairy ones just wouldn't stamp properly and I thought it was just me being really crud or something...until we tried this month's bear stamps from a magazine and they were *so* easy to stamp.....
So just to let you know if you are clueless for the most part like me... if there are free stamps on the front of a magazine have a feel.... the thick feeling ones are definitely The Ones To Get First hehe
were they the fairy ones with one fairy sitting on a flower and one with a magic wand plus some butterflies? if so I have those ones too and have had no problems so far
may I ask, do you stamp whilst sitting down? I have found that standing up to press the stamp down does help on the tricky stamps as you can get more pressure on it0 -
Does anyone else make a mess all over the floor when they're doing things or is it just me ?
yep I make a mess everywhere over every bit of floor and spare surface imaginable, I have to tiptoe out of the room so I don't tread on any bits of paper :rotfl:
my excuse is I can't craft properly if I can't see everything I could be using0 -
Myz - your card is lovely!0

somehow, doesn't matter what I'm doing I cover our six foot kitchen table...........then can';t find stuff anyway..............lol
Just had another look at another cork notice board I'd got tucked away...........think it'd be perfect for doing something like flourgirls ........running out of people to do these things for...........everyones having so many notebooks this year.........:rotfl:Could always do it for me I suppose.............must admit I could use something like that.
Just remembered to put the sticky pads on the back of the placemats/cork boards and covered a couple of small notebooks............hope I don't have the same problem as Rusty - they're shiny covered and I used pva glue !I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Yeah they were those ones and yes I stamp sitting down- I get quite dizzy and wobbly standing at the mo so sitting is always safer :rotfl:
I'll leave the stamping to other people hehe x:j A-well-a bird, bird, bird...b-bird's the word :j0 -

I still don't believe that I actually saw that challenge anywhere...maybe the pink fairy came to me in a dream lol:j A-well-a bird, bird, bird...b-bird's the word :j0 -
