myz nice to see you hope you're feeling a bit better.

Furrypig sophisticated pigs i can't wait to see that. My sister loves pigs and she has one that she calls a posh pig it's in the cupboard now cos itold her it's not posh it looks like a tart.pmsl. She knows i'm only joking . It does though .

sunrise could you use decoupage glue to fix it then when it's set the beads won't stick. Is that too daft.

Rainbow - welcome - was there any particular paper you were after or range that you like?????

I'm not sure - there are so many different varieties that I keep looking at one thinking about buying it and then start looking at another - I think I want them all but my bank balance will not allow that. :D

I don't really have any crafting shops nearby although a few shops have a small range so I have been buying on ebay. However, I keep missing the auctions now as summer holidays are over and it's back to teaching secondary school kids!

Rusty - thanks for the link - I'm examining items now.

  • Sunrise,

The decoupage glue is a silicone kind of like the stuff that seals round the bath lol but clear. If you put it on thinly and then leave it to dry before you shake it should be fine.

  • Thanks all for the welcome.

Craftygranny, Furrypig - I have tried sticky dots on the velvet ribbon, hope it works!

I will try to post a couple of my cards in the next few days.
