    Thanks Ladies,

Gemm The header was on shabbyblogs.com and then he put in my own name on the frame. There was 2 the same, one was notepad which is what I had and the other is a photoframe so you can put a photo in it.

I am so pleased with it. I just wanted something a bit different and haven't seen anything like that on anyone elses blog so went for it :)

thanks rusty, I have been thinking my blog needs a bit of a makeover so will check out that website ;)

  • Hi

I'm just getting into card making and have been buying a few bits and pieces in local shops. Can you recommend the best place to buy pretty papers online except ebay that have a good variety and not a huge p&p charge?
I thought I'd ask the experts as the cards I have seen on the thread and blogs are amazing!! Thanks

Hi and welcome to the mad house. You can get pretty papers from https://www.theglitterpot.co.uk or look on ebay as people sell part packs at reasonable prices aswell.

:) I will warn you now, this part of the forum needs to be changed and called money spending experts :rotfl:

I've been using those ready made bubble windows for my shaker cards but on the second one I made I found the snowflakes were sticking inside to the double sided tape
my daugher wanted me to make her boyfriends sister a shaker card but I've had a complete nightmare making it , again the confetti stuck to the double sided tape inside so I watched a video on you tube and made my own acetate window
I'm feeling quite proud of myself - note the cute little phone charm in the corner as well - handmade by moi !!!

sorry about the big picture but in my excitement I forgot to resize it before I posted it ooops
