Wow furry - how old do you feel today (joke) DD went into year 5 this morning which is the oldest class in her school (only 95 kids up to year 6 so they teach 2 years together) she's gonna have a shock as her new teacher is what I call a proper teacher - quite scarey :rotfl: - hope she has a good day today!

I'm all excited - have won the Charizma Cards Challenge with my scrapbook page - 5 sheets of digi downloads from Daisy May - only problem is there's loads to choose from :p

How rude Padster implying I am old!!(ok I am old!!!)
well done on your win will have a look at those downloads never used any for scrapbooking (but then I have never used anything for scrapbooking need to make a start!):o

SallyUK thinking of you at the moment as it sounds like the family and you are going through a lot xxx
  • Rusty - hope you're okay. I can understand why you'd be shaking. It bought back memories of my accident (an idiot turning into my path). I think it was the fact that I had DD and nephew in the car with me, combined with knowing I was going to crash no matter how hard I braked, that gave me the most horrendous nightmares. I hope you get the chance to take it easy, and that you have painkillers if need be. I would also mention it to the doctor when you visit; is it tomorrow? Whiplash usually shows itself the day after the accident.
    Take care of yourself xx
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)

All those who I was promising to post parcels today I am sorry but it won't be happening.

I left the house at 12:20 to head to the sorting office to pick up a parcel and some idiot has pulled out infront of me, I crashed into him. I had Maddison in the car with me aswell. It is chucking it down with rain and I just skidded when I braked to try and stop. I am in agony and my car has a poorly front end and is still parked down the road where it happened. I couldn't get back in it, not with Maddison. Luckily she is ok, just kept asking what happened. I can't stop shaking though and am in agony with my legs and back even more now. We just got in from walking home in the pouring rain we are both soaked and I had no raincover for Missy. Luckily I still had a pram in the car!!

Sorry that I haven't posted parcels but I am sure you all understand.

*evil twisted side* I did more damage to his car than he did to mine :D .... but I am still P'eed off :(

Oh no Rusty! You poor thing that sounds awful for you and Maddison I was in a right state when I went through a similar experience a couple of years ago. It does shake you up and is even worse when you did nothing wrong.

I hope you are dried off and feeling much better now sending hugs your way xxx

Rusty - I can't stand brandy either. At night Elliot is brilliant - he only wakes a few times and within a few minutes of feeding he's back to sleep. Some days are tough with him though - sometimes it'll take me hours to settle him, and I feel like I'm chained to the couch.

Flourgirl - it didn't look like a peel off at all!!!

Dawnteabag - welcome back - good luck catching up!!!!
