Sounds like you had a good time, jazabelle. I like the SU punches too. The best for me have been the oval scallop and plain oval. There's two or three sets of stamps I seem to use of theirs all the time. I still have a problem with an ink pad drying out but I can get round that. Expensive but definitely quality. Their scallop edge punch works better for me than one of my MS ones.

  • Hi All

I'm a lurker on here as I don't actually have anything to offer. The last serious crafting I did was 11 years ago when I made all our wedding invites etc at a time when it was so hard to find paper crafting supplies. I still have some bits and have made the occassional card but otherwise any crafting seems to have been at a childs level. Not sure how you guys seem to fit crafting into your busy lives but you are obviously more organised than I am!

I am interested in the post it note holder I keep hearing mentioned for goody bags. As much as I hunt I can't find what the post it note holder actually looks like and how it is made. If anybody can be of any help I would be very grateful.

Thanks again and can I just say you all seem such a nice and supportive bunch which is so nice in this day and age when people so often only seem interested in themselves.

Flourgirl, I don't know what to say so sending loads of big hugs and several vans of choccie xxx

TheWife, that's so interesting, I've never believed in ghosts or people saying they've seen people etc but am reading a really interesting book at the minute (Her Fearful Symmetry - for book club) and I think I am going to change what I think and maybe believe that it's possible. So did you get your crafting done then? If I was making stuff at 1.30 in the morning it would be all wonky!!!

You're more than welcome Choccy xxx

  • Morning everyone :)
Got a total of 2 hours sleep last night, so am feeling shattered.
Flourgirl, big hugs for you. I hope things look up soon...

I'm still looking for promarkers, and wondered if this was worth the money?

Hi everyone! you've all been very busy making gorgeous things! :T

anyone else got any of those nellie snellen frame dies? I bought the square ones from crafts u love 3 weeks ago and they have finally arrived after I pestered them earlier this week. What I'm wondering is if I am supposed to peel the sticker thingy off thats currently keeping them all together? do I use them seperately or just as they are all together? I'm a bit confused as I thought they'd be just like nesties!

My sister and family had to quickly shoot off to Papworth last night :( things aren't going good! The top heart specialist has been to see them and told them he needs another heart transplant urgently, even then he wont guarantee it will work :( There has been some damage somewhere, will probably find out more later. Sister too upset to talk, and my niece is beside herself.

oh dear flourgirl, hope everything gets better somehow and I'll be keeping everything crossed for you xx

I think you'd be better buying individual ones from Joanna Sheen or elsewhere, £1.69 a pen and free p&p. That way you can pick your own colours.

2 hours sleep  You must be so tired, take care and put your feet up wherever possible xxx
