I don't think I would get anywhere reporting it as stated by soolin it is about to come to and end in the Autumn ,and it's not worth the hassle for such a small amount of money.
It's my fault for not reading the listing more closely and something I will be more careful with in the future.0 -

To make things even stranger I have just paid and the insurance was not charged, I did send a message the seller and He/she responded stating it was insurance,but when I went to pay unlike earlier the charge has gone
