I have a D.D set up with orange, where I pay £10 a month and get £1 bonus and 300 free text messages. The D.D is due to come out on the 9th of each month, however, this month it came out on the following day, as the 9th was a Sunday.
For some reason, my account could not be credited until the 19th this month - due to Easter according to the orange rep this morning, and therefore I cannot have my free text messages :mad:
Why do I feel like I've been stuffed and what happened to my money for 9 days

here here ORANGE STINKS !!!
I had free 1000 texts plus 600 free minutes all for £10 per month. now they have DOUBLED THE MONTHLY TOP UP TO £30 complained to customer service, bottom line there not interested. I got the text still from orange stating top up £10 per month and receive above.... THEY ARE STILL NOT INTERESTED . Wrote to customer service. STILL NOT INTERESTED!!! I threatend them with going elsewhere . well thats upto you !!! So just waiting for my free texts to end, AND HAVE GOT 7 SIMS TO RETURN TO THEM FROM ALL MY FAMILY. Will go elsewhere nowI would love to be a Travel Agent :j0
