Hello everyone,
I wonder if any of you can help me? I am going through my credit cards whilst not being able to do anything with the bank accounts at the moment, and whilst Egg and Capital One is fairly obvious, I wonder if there is anything that can be done with my Next card?
I am getting a monthly "service charge" of £22.95. Am I able to claim that back?
Many thanks
Gareth

Give them a call and ask, I think it is interest and not reclaimable but simply ask them what the service charge is.0 -
I have a next card and also enquired what this was, its the interest charge. Why they call it "service charge2 I have no idea.0

Ok, thank you very much. I thought that it was the same amount each month, which interest wouldnt be, but maybe not in that case!
On a slighly seperate case, does anyone know about mortgage accounts (woolwich), and Barclays Partner Finance (finance on PC I bought a few years ago)? Are these companies that I can claim back on? I am certainly being murdered by their charges, which seem very unfair!
Yes, I have had a bit of a financial problem over the last couple of years!
Cheers
