That could be a cracking way to harvest identities... Set up an unsecured wifi in a busy area and then sit a PC with a packet sniffer on it to record all the network traffic. I doubt you would get much useful banking data as its pretty well secured, but there would be plenty of other useful data up for grabs. Sit back and wait to see what you can harvest... Ok I'm not advocating this at all, but its a very easy setup to implement and I bet I'm not the first person to ever think it up...
