Transferring ISAs - Notice Accounts

Options
Just in the process of opening an ISA for the current tax year. Have noticed some ISAs with 90/120/etc days notice period for withdrawals (or loss of interest). I'm just wondering how this would work if you ever wanted to transfer. Is it possible to say set up an ISA transfer for 90/120/etc days time so you aren't penalized? Or is the penalty just one of them things you'd have to live with if you ever were to transfer?

Cheers.

Yes, most transfer forms have a field for "do not transfer before" especially for this situation. Of course, the one you are transferring into needs not to be a time-limited offer !
