Vodafone REPAIR FARCE?

Ok got a contract fone from vodafone with full insurance problem is ive had it now 2 months and its been for repair for basically the whole 2 months ive had it back 4 times claiming the problem has fixed, i go into store and the say they cant do anything but send it back for repair, im paying for insurance and a contract i cant use, anyone give me any help on maybe speaking to vodafone rather than there pathetic customer services, perhaps head office sum info would be taken on board guyz and gals cheers
