Hi
Before I contact 3 I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen with a new phone from 3.
I have just upgraded to the W995 but after searching for ages and contacting SE it appears 3 have removed the option to get delivery reports for text messages from the phone. Is this now standard practice?

Problem solved, if anyone else has this problem you need to get an updated sim card0
