Has anyone managed to install Tomtom on TG01?
Apologies if this has been posted earllier - couldn't find it in search.
I've just obtained my PAC from O2 and am thinking of taking up a 18m/£25 contract offering free Toshiba TG01 on Orange.
What I could not figure out is whether I will be able to install TomTom 6 (or 7 when it is available on non-HTC phones) on it?
List of compatible phones on Tomtom website doesn't include this phone, but includes several others running on the same operating system (Win Mobile 6.1). I was hoping it would hence be compatible. However I'm aware that orange is trying to flog its own navigator so that it can charge users a monthly subscription fee. Hence was afraid that they might have tweaked the phone such that it would prevent installation of Tomtom.
If anyone has tried installing Tomtom on this phone, feedback will be greatly appreciated.
