T-mobile F&R scheme & redundancy
Hi all,
I took a contract with T-mobile back in Feb (i know - what WAS i thinking
) and had it at half price on their friends and relations scheme.
My aunt who worked for T-mobile has just been made redundant! So they are taking me off the F&R scheme  doubling my contract up to £40 a month again, which i can't really afford to pay.
They told me via a very "jolly" text - like it was my absolute pleasure - that they were going to start charging me £40 a month again!
I would have been fine with this if she had left of her own accord, but she was made redundant -shameless doesn't really do them justice does it!

it is within the T&Cs of the F&R discount that it will be removed at the end of your contract if the employee leaves t-mobile
see
http
/t-mobilefriendsandrelations.tmw.co.uk/TermsAndConditions.aspx
If you leave or retire from T-Mobile or the selected service partner, or if you're still working at the service partner, but no longer on a T-Mobile contract, your friends and relations will stop getting their discount from the time their current T-Mobile minimum term ends.
if i were you id call up and get them to check when your contract ends and the exact expiry date of the discount0 -
Ahhhhhhh!, now i get you Rab!
Cheers for that info
I will give them a tinkle now.

They really ought to allow current contracts to run their course at the discounts - it's only morally correct.Behind every great man is a good womanBeside this ordinary man is a great woman£2 savings jar - now at £3.42:rotfl:0
