Orange contract no signal

Hi
I have had my contract for 10 days but i get no signal in my house even thou when i checked coverage it said i would. Am i intitled to cancel my contract or not?

    where did you get it from?
    have you spoken to orange yet to see if it is a temporary problem e.g. a mast is down?

    Yes you are entitiled to cancel it make sure you get back to the store you purchased it from within 14days of purchase!
