Help finding warm holiday in october!!

Hi Guys,
Hope you can help as struggling on finding a good value holiday.

My wife and i are planning on getting a holiday towards the end of Oct, somewhere warm ie Lanzarote, Turkey, Or Feurteventura. Flying out around the 14/15th for 2 weeks can anyone recommend somewhere/ a deal?
Live Leeds so ideally fly from there or Manc/Liver/Don/Newcastle. Our budget is as cheap/good deal as possible. Prob around the £1000 mark.
Any help appreciated.

I have had a look on a number of sites however when reading reviews there not that good so some advice would be good.

If you can do Mon 12th to 26th flights to Lanza are £225 from manchester with Monarch and £180 to tenerife. Alpha rooms have accomodation from 300 self catering (Santa Rosa ranked no 2 in Costa Teguise) and Sun park in Playa Blanca. Tenerife Apts from similar.

Not from what I've experienced. The trend seems to be the opposite now, the earlier you book, the cheaper it is.
In short, if you see a good price, book it!

Have you tried booking direct with owners for apartment or villa? Ive found loads of accommodation on www.ownersdirect.co.uk or www.villarenters.com or www.holidaylettings.co.uk then find flights on monarch, they are usually good value.
