Wow, can't beleive Vauxhall holiday park is still going!! I used to go there when I was little - 20plus years ago, used to love it!!

I went there too, can you remember Uncle Sandy the childrens entertainer - he was a misererable old git.

Hoping you enjoyed Wild Duck. Please let us know.

I have been trying to contact Searles for over a week. Impossible to book anything on line and cannot speak to anybody on the phone because all lines are permanently busy. Have managed to leave a message at last so maybe they'll get back to me. Not impressed so far:p

Hi Shays mum, how was your holiday?

We ended up going to Park Resorts at California Cliffs. Really nice little park, very very clean I think because probably half of it is privately owned. The entertainment wasn't great, it was purely for kids really so we ended up having a few early'ish nights, but that saved us spending money at the bar, which for a bottle of Magners, a pint of Carling and 2 cordials was £10!!! I love the area as there is so much to do, we were lucky with the weather so spent most of the week on the beach either up near the camp, in Yarmouth or in Lowestoft.

Highly recommend the place as there were no rowdy teenagers, no noisy people walking past the caravan at all hours and extremely friendly staff.

I think I'll give Wild Duck a go next year. Thanks for all the tips :)

Hi Jo, are Park Resorts and Park Holidays two different companies? If so do you have a link for Park Resorts please.

    Hi Magenta,

I don't know if Park Holidays and Park Resorts are the same company or not, their logos are totally different so doubt it, never heard of Park Holidays before, so thanks for that, might consider them in the future.

Here's the link for Park Resorts, I went to the California Cliffs one.
