Hi i have a problem with a policy my father died in january he had a life policy it wasnt unitil the begining of july i found his policy number etc..upon phoning to make a claim i was informed that the policy had been paid out in good faith to his brother who claimed on the policy in feburary he has also passed away in…

You really need to get some legal advice over this whole business. Posting more and more details by drip feed here won't really help anyone to advise you accurately.

Try the CAB if a solicitor isn't viable.
