Does any one have a phone number, email address or snail mail address for me to contact so I can speak to someone who will help me resolve my problems with BT and not pass me from to pillar to post and back again!

That number is for BT broadband technical help ( in india) and also can get you through to broadband order management and also broadband cancellations.
If your looking for customer service then this is not the number to call.

i emailed cceo@bt.com when BT randomly decided to cancel my order and they sorted it in less than 24 hours for me and were very apologetic0
