I am interested in webnwalk from t-mobile probably using flext

Anybody do this already? Is it really unlimited internet? I have seen some pages saying you only get 40Mb of traffic over a month.

If you use flext - can you use your credit for internet?

It was a 40mb allowance but since april 1st has been changed to unlimited subject to their fair use policy ie not using the phone as a modem to access internet through a laptop, data streaming etc.

Also, on flext the credit can't be used for internet however you can add the web n walk internet bundle on for £7.50 extra.

It is a shame skype doesn't work on the mda phiones they provide.

One other question - do you get a phone upgrade during your 18 month contract?

You can't upgrade until month 17 - depending on your usage if you want an upgrade earlier you might be better going for a relax and web n walk tariff, they're only 12 month contracts and you can upgrade in month 11.

I'm waiting for the mda compact and co-pilot to come back into stock with them then getting it on a relax tariff - then i can put the excel spreadsheet on it (started working through the matched betting offers as detailed in the gambling introductory offers forum but can't put excel on my works pc so it'll come in v.handy for that.

I've got the sony ericsson k608i at the moment which is a really nice phone but seems to have a tempremental joystick (as does the w800i) but i'm getting the mda compact asap. I've got a couple of work colleagues who have the mda vario (the one with the slide-out keyboard) but no-one with the MDA pro. I've played with a test model of the mda pro (i work for t-mobile in one of their contact centres and have done 4 years in tech support) and am not keen on it at all as it's very big, however the vario is really nice.

I never did order and they haven't had many good phones lately - ie no vario.

Anyone know if there is due to be any new phone on webnwalk anytime soon?
