@TG - The RE Pizza ones were one's I've not sen before, they weren't the TNS ones, they were one that only does takeaway.

I spoke with GR about the fee for my restaurant visit, and queried why it was so low.

I explained that in my [limited] experience, the "done thing" is that the reimbursement is enough to cover two people to have a meal, and that I'd feel out of place doing the visit on my own.

She explained that the reimbursement is coming from GR themselves, as the jobs are a piolet, to help them enter into the restaurant MSing market. I said I'd do the job as a favour to try and help them, but if they did get the contracts, they'd need to look at increasing the reimbursement somewhat. She did say that I wasn't the only person to say this to them, and that they were aware of the issue.

I've obviously been very lucky with GR, I've done 12 jobs since I signed up to them at the end of June (1st job on the 30th). I really enjoy doing their jobs!

Like UKM said, the supermarkets are hard work and I usually need 30 mins in store to complete all 6 depts, but the questionnaire has very few qualitative comments and doesn't take long to complete.
  • Hi

Could somebody give me a general idea of what Audit work involves? I have done a few mystery shops in the past but have been offered some audit work today and am in two minds because I dont really know what it entails  (the brief only says to check details!)
 I love my gorgeous little girl
  • Forgot to add that it says open audit so I assume I have to make myself known

Is it for jobs next weekend (21st 22nd and 23rd) ? If so I can PM you some details as the company dont like their work discussed online.

You mentioned it's an open-audit, so you'd go to the premises, with a letter to say that you're authorised to be there etc, you could then be checking a number of different things. It's very very easy work, but can be quite time-consuming, depending on the particular job, but we're not allowed to go into details on here, particular if it's a company beginning with A, as they're VERY stricts about confidentiality.

The one and only job I've done for Gfk was a phone shop, and the questionnaire was sooo ridiculous, even more so than RE's for similar jobs IMO.

I've never done any phone job for GfK. Their questionnaires are pretty straightforward and reasonable for all the jobs I have done in particular their bank jobs.

Love GR too but I was gutted to miss 2 supermarket jobs while I was out ms'ing two days ago. Hope they get more contracts and I'll get more jobs.

    Hey,

I have a problem converting PDF files to Jpeg for my chicken visit.

Does anyone know a magic way?

    Thanks,

    Matt T
