Morning All! I've noticed that for some reason i've stopped receiving e-mail notifications to say that someone has posted on the alerts board :-( Does anyone know why this might be?
You have to be logged in and visit the forum in order to keep the alerts going. ie, you get one alert and if you don't visit the forum, you won't get any more until you do.0 -

I can't/couldn't see any and my areas are dotted around the south west. I'm not hugely bothered as I don't like them, but it's certainly interesting.0 -

Ahhh, that explains a lot! I check the forum, but don't usually bother to log in half the time. Thanks for your help!0 -
Do you not usually get restricted from viewing individual shops until you are eligible to do them again? IE: If you have done that particular outlet in the last 3 months (I think).
(this is in answer to TG's question)0 -

It depends on the company. With TNS you can see the job, but if you click to apply it will bring an error message to say you have been within the time period. Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -

I'm very quiet as well, spending my time with the little 'uns.
The bluewater job is still there. My search area is 20 miles from Bexleyheath, Orpington, Croydon and south east London.0 -
Never done a Gyp chicken job, but I'm tempted for one this week as Mrs D is out, and the kitchen is an alien place to me...could someone give me an idea what I'll be expected to eat...or do I get a choice?0

Contacted RE about the query they raised - was for underground sandwich shop from a few days back.
The question in the assignment was "Did the staff member offer a warm and friendly greeting" to which I ticked yes. RE just wanted to "clarify" that the staff member did.
They could have emailed me to ask me! LOL
But one thing she did say was that both assignments were 100% for the shop, which I think was very well deserved.
And just when I was thinking that MS was drying up, Tern pay up the large sum they owe me, so am well happy
Got a nice pizza job over weekend and a few supermarkets booked for TNS too, so should be a good weekend0 -

It brief changes all the time, best to check it. To check the brief, find the job you want to do and click "Read assignment notes" - It will tell you in there of the DOs and DONTs and how much you will be paid.0 -
Hiya Brian
Just did one takeaway bucket yesterday and we had a nice meal and no fuss in the kitchen. For the standard dine-in job, there is plenty of choices to choose from (wraps/fillet burgers/2 or 3pc meal).
The timings are a bit of a devil though and not so straightforward in the form. Ditto having to mark N/A to a lot of questions about the food you didn't order on webexpress.
You have to know the name of your server (via badge or receipt). Again on webexpress, there are some annoying questions about server's name which is repeated over and over. Take note of the appearance as well. There is a tick box at the end of the questionaire.
Also have a cursory look at the menu board and ceilings and light fixtures both in the dining room and toilets. Part of the questionaire asks whether they are clean and are in good condition or need maintenance.
Best bit is they do accept payment by card so asking for a receipt won't scream MYSTERY Shopper!! in most cases. The chicken is usually nice and hot but the places I've done the shop for tend to need a good cleaning up.0
