If they have got your details, they must have got them from RE. Ring and demand to speak to the "top brass" of RE and give them hell for giving your details out!

No I got payments for fuel jobs, and am still waiting for the "red" shops which are about 4 weeks old.

With you on that TG, that is just awful and intrusive if they have your details.

Now they have removed the payment from the "payments pending" section, but they haven't sent me an email to tell me they've done this.

Seems like I'm guilty as far as they're concerned doesn't it:rolleyes:.

Hmmm
I'd be on the phone to them with a few questions
1 How would the client know your name and address as under DPA RE can't give it to them (unless there's something in RE's t&c's )
2 Have RE *seen* this supposed letter -and can they confirm to you that the name and address match ?
3 Are RE really that dim ?

I would get on the phone to them too. I hope they request a copy of the "letter" too in order to clear your name. Talk about stressful!

Yep, I'm still waiting for payment for the red jobs which I did way before the fuel job which I got payment for today!!

God theres absolutely loads of jobs on bare!! i have just applied for one with a date of 25-28 sept and said i would do it tomorrow. are they likely to let me know tonight do you think? never had a bare job before, hardly any in my area!
