They're getting worse TG aren't they? And the fees are getting lower as well. Some of the things they ask you to comment on are just totally ridiculous. We’ve had to remove your signature. !!!!!! are they on?????????????????????
2 questionnaires (for only one fee), the second one asking exactly the same questions as I've already put in the first one?
I've had to tell them what was left and right of the store not once, not twice, but THREE times, and upload my photo of the store and receipt twice.
What's going on?????????????????????
I had a RE job that said it had 2 Qs and only 1 fee, the second Q went through and a fee popped up in the account for an extra £1. Mine wasn't as tedious as it could have been though, a couple of same Qs but mostly new.0 -
Hello All
I was asked a few pages back to update when I got paid by Bare so that the first page could be updated and it went in on 22/09.
Also it was my first fee from them and I go less than I thought. i.e the fee was £7 and I have been paid £6.65 example only!! I know fee quoting is highly ms illegal!!
Can anyone advise?Berry Delight0 -

Had this all yesterday afternoon, but I did notice that the LOG IN page had changed,so that threw me a bit, after a while it sorted itself.0 -

I believe the fees are in Euros, so that matches roughly with the current exchange rate. Please correct me if I'm wrong anyone!0 -
I made a total muck up of a job yesterday
. It was a RE one making an enquiry about buying a household item we all watch ... I thought it was a fee paying job and you had to make a small purchase to get a receipt, so I spent just 47p on some reduced vacuum fresheners. But no........guess who didn't read it properly :rolleyes:, it was a reimbursement job, so muggins here done the job and the rotten report for 47p :eek:.
Got to be the lowest paid job ever, lol, but entirely my fault. I got it confused with the other job about the laptops for another client where it IS a fee and not a reimbursement.
I know I shouldn't but :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:!!!!!!!
Let's hope RE have a heart and pay you the full amount !! I really hope you get the full £ as I looked at the questionaire and thought it wasn't worth filling in for £10!0 -

Yup the other thing to check is if your bank charge a fee for the currency conversion. RBS have a fee of about £1 per transaction. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Thanks for the laugh at my expense.
RE won't budge as they say that they will only get the 47p from the client (along with their fee of course:rolleyes:) so there's nothing more they can do. Oh well you live and learn and as it's my birthday today I'm not going to let it spoil my day. Perhaps it's an age thing and I'm getting confused :eek:.0 -
Seriously Squidgeum, I would phone up RE and explain the mistake. I've always found them to be really friendly. I can't believe they would be so mean as to pay you less than £1!!0
