Sure is! Thats a relief, I was going to PM you if it hadn't cleared by the weekend to see if yours had been paid, just incase it had got lost in transit somewhere.
  • Nope it's still sat there as pending unfortuantely. :(

Sorry for yet ANOTHER BARE car shop question (I really am terrified). Can you take notes down in the car showroom? I mean it is going to be hard to remember the prices they give you? I'm terrified and going to attempt my first one tomorrow afternoon I think then 2 more on Saturday :/

Yes you can take notes with reason. You may not need to if they give you written quotes.

Try and think what you would do as a genuine customer shopping around;) You would note details of the prices rather than try to remember them yourself. The salespeople won't think it unusual.
  • Yes, you can make notes if you sound plausible enough.

Or, just ask if they can write it down as confirmation for you.

Yes of course you can - make lots of notes - any serious customer would do this. Send your notes off with the other paperwork.
I'm wondering why a round pizza comes in a square box -

Oh poor you, I know exactly how you feel. I applied for 4 jobs this morning, never thinking I'd actually get them - but then I got the email saying I had !!!! I was convinced I couldn't do it and my husband had some job getting me to go through with it! I sat in the waiting room of the dealers for over 30 mins and I can't tell you the amount of times I nearly got up and left :o.

Anyhow, I'm so glad I didn't - it was actually fine! I took a notepad with me and wrote things down and it definitely got easier as time went by. I'm hoping the first is the worst and then the others I have to do will be easier but time will tell.

Had a problem when I got to doing the questionnaire when I got back - our internet has been crashing like mad and it crashed so I lost all I did . Opened up the report again and, without thinking, have gone and done the questionnaire on the form that should be used for another make of car and have sent it off :mad::mad:. So cross with myself - I've emailed BARE and told them but hope I don't get penalised for it.

So now I've got my husband has been off sick for the last 3 days (driving me mad - sat in bed most of the day) with man flu so I've had to do everything, internet has almost given me a heart attack by dropping all the time and now I've messed up my first proper BARE job.

Sorry for rant - need some chocolate to calm down ;)
