Thanks for that. I was thinking of scrawling the list down so it won't look too obvious. Knowing my luck, I probably couldn't read my writing afterwards. The tips are excellent.

Hi, i have done a few of the "covert" ones, i have a nokia E71 phone, So just downloaded the spreadsheet onto phone and used filled it in as i went round, not sure what type of phone you have but just an idea, another i have done in the past is to print of the spreadsheet to a smaller size and stick inside a small notebook, pretending it is a shopping list???

Oh the possibilities are endless, good luck!! ;)

Whenever I have done a pizza delivery for them,(quite a few now!!) the driver has always offered me a receipt without even asking

I have paid with both card and cash to see what happens and the receipts have been offered by the driver on both occasions. I never had the nerve to ask for a receipt when ordering it!!!

You could always say on the phone that it's a staff meeting at your home for your own business and you'd like a receipt so you can claim it out of petty cash.
  • well i didn't mention it on phone as didn't know how to fit it in! i'll just ask driver! it's so funny, have used this place before and they are usually ok, but the person taking my order was doing all the right things, quoting my pizza arrival in time instead of minutes and being super polite! never been like that before! think they might have been told someone is msing them soon!

  • How's everyone this month in terms of getting jobs? I've got them coming out of my ears! I think Sept must be my most lucrative month this year. :j

September is currently pretty good for me too. Not quite as good as May, and nowhere near June which was my record month ever, but I'm more than happy. Knackered, and got square eyes from spending so much time online, but happy!!!

In fact, I only need to earn another £25 to equal what I made in the whole of 2008-2009!
