I've just done my first MS for ABAi - great fun as the tills were down at the store and so the receipt had to be written, for the credit cards they used that machine that you push back and forth over the card to get the number!

Anyhow, the ?aire was unbelievably easy but what do I do with the receipt? Should I email them and explain I had a manual receipt? I can't find anything on the website to tell me what to do .

Got myself a lovely furry scarf, but my daughter pinched it on the way back (my husband took her and my son for a walk while I went 'under cover' ;)

  • Anyone had any problems with the question on GAP - Store Telephone Number (from your receipt):

I'm putting in the number but it keeps coming up with error message "Please answer the following questions correctly:
    - Store Telephone Number (from your receipt):"

But I've tried all combinations.. with a space, without a space, space before, space after, what else am I meant to do?

    Thx

Just hang on to it, keep it with your paperwork just in case. In over 2 years they've never asked me to send the receipt in, I think they can track your purchase/s down from the info you give them eg. Transaction no etc.

They aren't as bad as they initially seem. You don't have to do all the departments in the questionnaire, your briefing notes tell you exactly which departments to do and if there is no staff member in a department you just click on "No staff member present" and it goes to the next department.

I do these jobs when I'm doing my normal supermarket shop, just have a notebook with me to jot everything down. And then get to relax with a coffee or something in the cafe at the end, LOL!!

Give it a chance .. do one or 2 and you'll get into the swing and realise how easy they are.

Thanks! I did a couple of the quickie shops a couple of weeks back and they were really simple and I was in and out in 10 minutes, but this one is so much more in depth for a minimal increase in fee

Knowing this shop it would take me 10 minutes just to get to the petrol station from the car park and that's after having to visit the cafe too lol.

I got asked to e-mail my return receipt in once, but I think I messed up the transaction numbers etc on the original receipt, it's never obvious what you need to put :o

I've put down the number of the receipt that the advisor wrote down for me (they kept a copy obviously as it was done on a carbonated receipt book). I would have explained all this, but they only allow 250 words don't they  and I didn't have any more room!!!

I just went through the information for a TNS supermarket that I booked, good god it's not worth it! It would honestly take me an hour-hour and a half to complete followed by 187 questions! I wish they gave you a little more information before you accept the assignments :(

You got that one right. You have to be in for 30 minutes, then the cafe, then the filling station and the questionnaire can take almost as long as the shopping as you have to give responses as well as tick boxes.

I'm doing a mystery shop tomorrow at a tourist attraction and I have to visit a food place and a gift shop while I'm there. I've just been looking on their website and they have 4 food places and 2 gift shops. On the job brief it says you have to check the "yellow sticky" to see if there is a specific one you need to go to, but I can't find / don't know where to look for a yellow sticky, please help!! :o:o
Its with react if that helps anyone :D
