If it's a GAP one then you're asked to get a business card to act as a receipt, or if you were given a catalogue I've uploaded a scan of that before.

They do ask whether you got a card at the beginning of the report. I have one from last week that I didn't get a card for so I just put in the report that they didn't have any to give me and so far they haven't queried it.

You need to upload an image of the business card they gave you or the brochure from the shop that they have written their name on.The assistants in the shop do not always give you these particularly if you have had rubbish service. If that’s the case just upload a word document stating why you didn't get a card or name on brochure (at least thats what I do and I have always been paid).

Ugh RE keep asking if i'm doing this assignment tomorrow, I actually now cant be arsed with spending £30 that I dont have and going all the way into Glasgow so it says if I dont reply to the email by 11am tomorrow they'll release it. FINE BY ME

Also I failed the TNS test by 1 point :( Any idea how long I can wait before reapplying?

Sucks you missed by one point! Don't know about applying again though.

I would be inclined to email RE and let them know you are not going to the assignment tomorrow. Your reputation as a shopper would be less damaged if you inform them in advance rather than ignoring the emails and letting them down last minute. As long as you let agencies know in advance they are understanding and you would still be offered work. Letting them down last minute really doesn't do you any favours. Also another shopper might like to do it. Don't mean this to offend or sound like a lecture; just friendly advice.

I've just received an email from mystery-shoppers.co.uk confirming I can work for them and giving me an ID and password - I went to the website and all it says is 'coming soon - agent log in'! Has anyone else had this?

Yes I had this a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard anything else since...

This may sound silly but what do you wear for exit interviews? Smart/casual or does it not matter???

You do not have to wear a suit but you should be reasonably smart as you are representing a company and should project some professionalism. Agencies often send out shoppers to check you look presentable and some insist a representative of the store take a photo of you:eek:

See they've sent me 3 already this week and i've replied saying I will do it so I dont know why they are asking again! I prob will email them back and say something unexpected has come up, which it is, i'm skint and cant afford it!

Thanks, i wasnt given either, the service was rubbish, they were completely un-interested. Anyway i've done exactly as you advised, thanks.

Back from my 2 jobs and I'm pleased to say they went really well :j! Any top tips about taking a discrete photo of the shop from outside?!
I pretend I'm a tourist and take pictures of other touristy things first then the shop. If I am near a clothes shop, I take piccies of them as well to look like I want to look at the clothes later.

I use the phone on my camera & just fiddle with it as if I'm squinting to see a text message. Never had an issue yet (famous last words :))
