I've done this job. I went over the new sign-up site several times trying to find briefing notes etc. Could find nothing except the questionnaire - I did the job based on the questionnaire itself. There's nothing on the main TNS site either [obviously]. No work pack was sent out to me.
Thanks for the reply, but where did you find the questionnaire please? I can't find anything at all and TNS don't reply to emails it seems .

"I could go on with having my timings questioned before the report was even submitted to the client but that's enough of the pity party ;)

I still do some jobs for Gyp but it wouldn't be much of a loss if I did no further jobs for them. I've done well with GR and TNS"

I have never had a reply to emails I write to them. I think after this month that's it, I'm not going to do Gyp anymore. I found my first spot in 25 years in the mirror this morning, my jeans are too tight and feel sick![/QUOTE]

Oh no, sending you a cyber hug and chocolates - I know how you feel!!!

Got my 2 jobs to do today and feeling much more relaxed about them than my first job when all I had to do was buy a pasty! Funny how things get so much easier isn't it.

I'm cancelling my GAP Burger job for Friday as not worth the hassle imho.

Go to 'Shop Log' and opposite each job there should be a View/Details link [as far as I can remember] - this will give you the questionnaire. HTH.

Sorry to bump but I wondered if anybody could help me with this please.
They always send it via email, never on their site where it shows your allocated jobs.

Sometimes they don't send workpacks until 2 or 3 days before the job is due to be completed.

Thanks Mumof2 but I don't think the choccies are going to help my waistline! :D

Good luck in your jobs today. I have nothing on for today - just my other work and I suppose I should start knuckling down to my Emystery shopper website assignments.

Am clearly having a thick day, struggling to pass the test for the gfk carparks any suggestions?
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I can't remember the questions exactly, which ones do you think you might be struggling on?
  • Quick question about TNS. On the syndicated visits when it says you should not accept a job if you have visited the location in the previous 3 or 4 months, does it mean the syndicated part of the store or the whole store in general? Just wanted to check if anyone here knew before I emailed them!
  • Do you ever pay for anything by cheque? When you do, you are giving your bank details out as your sort code, account number and name are on your cheques. Giving bank details to Bare is just the same!

On another note ... Anyone having problems getting into GR today?

"An error has occurred on the system. An email has been send to system administrator. Please try again later."

Thanks you are right about the bank details, just a bit cautious, must be my age!

Back from my 2 jobs and I'm pleased to say they went really well :j! Any top tips about taking a discrete photo of the shop from outside?!
