Has anyone given a 'bad' report back? I've just completed my second MS which was to a mobile phone shop. The girl in there was not interested in serving me at all!! It made my job easier as I was dreading them asking me loads of questions as I had to pretend to want a new phone. She didn't ask any! The report I filled in was truthful, but I still feel bad that this girl will get in trouble! Has anyone else had a similar experience?
My second MS job was similar. The girl went as far as to tell me not to use her employers insurance because it was dire and I would never be able to recover my money if my phone was stolen etc...... I reported it truthfuly and objectively and got a good score so honesty is definately what this game is all aboutBerry Delight0 -
Congrats on your first job - just relax. The important thing is to be as natural as possible and try and remember as many things as you can. Try to pay particular attention to greetings, name tags, and cleanliness.

A brilliant tip! Why did I never think of doing that?? I'm totally doing it in future! Woo hoo.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

On my first few bank jobs, I used the voice recorder on my phone to discreetly record the whole visit. I didn't write down what i'd recorded word for word, it was just a safety net incase i'd forgotten any details. I think there is quite a divided opinion of whether this should be done (or even if its legal!). But imo, i'd never show the recording to anyone else, including the MS company and i always delete them once i've completed my report, so who's going to know!:rotfl:0
