I have just finished my reports from today and I am knackered now.

Does anyone have a phone number for TNS? Has anyone else noticed how rubbish they are at replying to your emails compared to when we had area managers. I have emailed them but I needed a response by today.

I sent an email yesterday and the day before and still haven't had a reply. I have had to release a job because of this .

It makes you wonder about what would happen if we have a payment query doesn't it? So I would also be grateful for a phone number if anyone has one please.

I have a data base administrator 0208 967 4164. If that is not right maybe they will give you the correct number to call. Worth a try!

Thanks AndyInYorks and mysterious girl. I did send them an email explaining the situation and uploaded a copy of the DD in place of the admission ticket so hopefully all will be well, and if not? Well, at least it was good training :) From what I've read on here they do seem to be one of the better companies so fingers crossed.

Also I have a confession to make! Before I found this forum and thread I accepted a pub job on RE, one of those ones that has the fee reduced. Must admit I am regretting it now, having seen the length of the questionnaire but as it is my first job for them, I am reluctant to release it and suffer minus points.

Nothing else booked yet, things seem a bit slow in my area (another Suffolk person here too), I blame newbie MSers ;)

I know! Last week I emailed them about a job that had passed its date as I was offering to help them out and I put all the info in the email that I could and I got the response Sorry we cant answer your query because you have not used the correct format!

It seems that they are only able to answer the questions the basic queries that are on the FAQ section.

I noticed that. When they sent a begging email, about bars and clubs, I emailed back offering to do one for an extra fee. I realise someone else may have offered to do it for less money, so they didn't need me, but it would have been nice of them to reply. (I wasn't asking for a crazy extra amount, just enough to cover a taxi there and back (£20) as there are no buses at that time and they expect you to have a drink.
    Happy New Year

I'm a year older than you and I can see them... Perhaps they're for men only or something (apologies if you're not a girly...;)).

ahhh....that explains! I'm curious to know what type of car you need to enquire that women can't do?
  • OMG...What have I done? I am about to embark on 15 shops today! Kick of at 10am.........I may be gone some time.lol.
Not much for the rest of the week tho, so recovery time will be needed.
