I for one am really peeped off that Abai have emailed out my private email address to loads of people, I keep one email just for MSing to aviod all the carp that normally comes through. I supose we have to wait and see how much carp comes through now!:mad:

Why don't you email and tell them? That way they wont make the same mistake again. If they want you to keep their info confidential then surely they should keep yours confidential too?

Does anyone know when ed send out their cheques. Mine has that it was sent on the 21st but i havent received it yet.

I would imagine that they could have the data protection people breathing down their neck - information should be stored and managed in such a way that this does not happen (and also limit individual employees access to unfiltered information)

Almost unbelieveable.

Oh and another thing...it's nice to see that RE are so selective! It would appear that they will sign on any old Tom, !!!!!! or Harry. If I were a business owner, I would certainly not use RE as my mystery shopping company! I think I would use someone like Tern, who are more rigorous and thorough in selecting contractors.

To be fair to them, it was a mistake, they did recall the original email and re-send.

Yes but the damage was done - they should not really be handling mass circulation lists in this sort of way .

Apart from mistakes such as this it also means that there is no security of information within the organisation - so any employee can take the data and pass onto someone else -

I am not suggesting that any ABAI employee would but you just dont know (look what happened at the BNP - imagine if someone was made redundant) - thank goodness they don't store our bank details on the same database
