Hi bubbafluff,
In order for me to check this out I will need the address details of the property where the line is to be connected. Would you send this via a PM? Would you also have any other information such as the telephone number that was assigned to the previous occupants and/or their names. This will make it easier for me to try to pick up the previous service.
Many Thanks
Donna

Not sure how it normally works but my call was redirected to an installation company called Love Digital who signed me up and have arranged to get me set up.
One thing that seemed strange is that they have charged me £39 for activating the BT line in the flat. I did question the charge but was told that it was necessary in order to pay my line rental via SKY and to capitalise on the free broadband.
Have I been ripped off? Is there an alternative?
We've just ordered our Sky package through Love Digital TV and 5 days later we realised that our debit card had been used for an attempted Fraudulent purchase. We called Love Digital and they said they will look into it, but I doubt they can do anything. Fortunately, the attempted purchased failed but I would advise everyone to be extra careful with this company!! For your information, the person tried to purchase an Ipod with a delivery address to SW12. I will look further into this and report an update once i get anything!0
