p4u cashback/online 02 bill?

hey all, just looking for a bit of info. about to send off a claim for my 1st cashback on this phone. as per they require most recent bill. now, i have online billing, has this been an issue for anyone else? or should i just print off the online bill and post?

I sent my online bill for my last cashback claim, having sent paper bills for the previous 3, and they paid up fine.

They accept copies etc. Don't worry - they are the opposite of cpw.

Hi, does your online bill include personal details? Mine doesn't, I've had a huge issue with O2 over this, and with trying to get copies of paper bills which I've never received for some reason... long saga, but p4u customer services very helpful. I finally managed to get a paper bill from O2 for myself, but not for my m-in-law (also on same deal) and have ended up sending a screen capture by email for hers.

I have had quite a few cashback phones through p4u, they've always been very good on the customer service front. Copies of bills are more than fine.
