Bought one about a month ago and so far I have had no problems with it.............mind you I haven't used it except to check it worked. I got it as a second to my contract orange as there are so many places Orange has no signal.
Only condition as far as I can see for my purpose is that you have to make a call or text every couple of months or your account freezes until you put more credit on it although if you leave it longer you could lose all your credit full stop.

Have had one for quite a few months - use it as an emergency phone in the car. Works perfectly well, but Vodafone coverage not great in N Ireland

Had it since launch. Our whole family (8 handsets) use the service and is second to none on pricong. Customer service is based on West of Scotland, so no difficulties in inderstanding should there be a problem!
