Finally Getting Somewhere with O2

hi, since january, ive had many many problems with O2. Mainly that they keep taking the wrong amounts of money via direct debit each month, and after 3 or 4 phone calls each and every month to them, it was getting way past a joke!!
Anyway, i spoke to them yday, to check how much was being taken on the 1st of may, and finally spoke to someone there who was very helpful.
Basically, i told him everything that had happened so far, and not only did he refund the charge for my months usage of texts (id actually gone nearly 200 over my limit) he also said that if i sent in a copy of my phone bills, with any O2 number highlighted, they would refund the total amount ive spent contacting them.
I worked this out, and its only £6.91, but its £6.91 better in my account then anyone elses isnt it?
Just thought id pass this info on to anyone else who have had endless problems with O2, and to say they will refund your phone calls if you ask, and if you can provide proof.
Im interested to know if anyone else HAS had any probs with them? especially concerning wrong direct debits etc
