Standard Life for an ISA?

Less than a year ago I transferred £15k of ISA money from what had dropped to a shocking rate with Smile to a then table-topping clean rate with Principality.
The current rate is now down to 1.80%, where I could now get a rate of 2.65% with Standard Life. I know nothing's guaranteed but historically do Standard Life's ISA rates tend to stay up there or can I expect the rate to plummet. I don't want to end up changing every 6 months because I can get a much higher rate elsewhere.
Any other comments on Standard Life ISAs?
Cheers!

I am doing exactly the same thing from Principality to Std Life. Std Life have been there or there abouts for instant access ISAs for the last year or so.
Principality were incredibly fast at acknowledging the transfer. Std Life account still showing a £nil balance a week or so later......Ethical moneysaver0
