Cheapest business package?

My nephew runs a small (one man) business. He pays BT £60 per month for BB and line rental and calls. I'm trying to help him reduce this and wondered if anyone could advise, please.
Would he be wise/able to switch phone and BB to someone like Plusnet? I think he can get BB, line rental and peak and off peak calls for £23 approx.
This is a great saving for him. Wise move?
opps, it seems the price of £23 is for residential use. Looks more like £36 plus for business use. Shame.

you have to pay vat on top but its the cheapest around for a business works out at aroun £28.70 for unlimited broadband, unlimited calls and line rental0 -
